BOOKINGS

This page displays bookings for the day by default but the date filters may be used to look at a specific time period.

• Use the download button to retrieve a CSV version of the report.

• Click on a location to view the booking details for that location.

The file will include the following data for each transaction:

• Booking ID: This is the unique booking ID for the parking transaction.
  • Select the ID to view all booking details
• Purchase Time
• Location
• Parking Start
• Parking End
• Hours Parked: Parking Period.
• Pricing Name
• Event
• Event Venue
• Customer: The customer’s name will be present if they have an account.
• Status
• Parking Package ID
• License Plate: Vehicle's license plate.
• Type: Product Parking Type.
• On site ticket ID

Other fields:

• Oversize Fee: This fee may be applied to larger vehicles.

• Pricing Code: This is used in unique cases, Seller Support will advise if needed.

• Gross Price

• Net Price

Booking Detail

The booking detail contains all data related to the booking.
